At Nabiitopia, every product is clearly marked as either In-Stock, On-Demand, or Pre-Order on the product page, so you always know exactly when to expect your order and how it’s fulfilled.

Fulfillment Types

In-Stock
These are items that are already available in our UK warehouse and ready to ship.
Your order will be packed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
Ideal for customers who want fast delivery.
Includes items we’ve pre-purchased or restocked from previous launches. -
On-Demand
These are items that are ordered directly from our suppliers after your purchase. We don't hold large quantities, instead we source especially for you.
Your order will be normally packed and shipped within 2-4 weeks, however there may sometimes be unexpected delays out of our control.
This helps us avoid over-stocking and unnecessary waste as a small business. -
Pre-Order
These are items that are upcoming and unreleased, such as new album comebacks, official merch drops, or collaborations.
Your order will be packed and shipped within 2 months after release. Estimate release dates will always be listed on the product page, and you can find all updates on Pre-Ordered items here.
Pre-Ordering allows you to secure your items before release, as they will often not be available again if they are a limited collection or pre-order benefit photocards.
If you purchase items with different fulfillment types in one order, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
On the other hand, if you have placed separate orders that you would like shipped together, please contact us below to arrange combined shipping and we will refund you the excess shipping fees.
