Looking for a specific photocard or piece of merchandise and can't find it online? Let us help you find your ISOs and complete your collection!

Our Sourcing Service allows you request specific items that are not currently available on our website, or may be rare and hard to find. Using our network of trusted suppliers and proxies, we will do our best to secure your item in a suitable budget.

All you need to do is check the guidelines and fill in the form below, and we will do the rest!

Process & Guidelines

  • Step 1

    Complete and submit the below form, and wait for a quote/further information email from us!

  • Step 2

    Accept or discuss the price quote given depending on your budget by replying to the email.

  • Step 3

    Once the quote is accepted, an order invoice will be sent directly to you (including shipping fees). Complete the payment to confirm your order!

  • Step 4

    Wait for a dispatch confirmation when your order is shipped! Please note that sourced items will often take 4-6 weeks to reach us, and have the same timeline as On Demand items.

Guidelines

Please review the following information before submitting a form. By submitting the form, you confirm you agree to all of the guidelines detailed.

1. Availability

Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will be able ot source the item. Availability depends on supplier access, stock, and resale market listings.

2. Pricing

Prices for sourced items may differ from the original retail price. Rare and exclusive items may cost significantly more than their original release price. If an item is over your original budget, we will discuss what we expect you to need to pay for your item and agree whether you are still comfortable going forward with the request.

3. Quotes & Payment

If we are able to locate your item, we will contact you with a quote before any purchase is made. Sourced items required full payment upfront before we secure them, and if a quote is not agreed to and paid quickly, items may sell out.

4. Processing Time

Sourcing requests are reviewed in order of submission and it may take time to find your item depending on the current market. Please be patient while we check availability.

5. Cancellations

Once an item has been purchased on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Accuracy of Information

Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request. Incomplete or unclear information might make it difficult for us to locate your item.
