Are your items official?
All of the items we stock on our website are official apart from our in-house fanmade items by blosskittyco and goods by borami store ♡ We stock our albums and merchandise directly from South Korea and Japan.

Can you stock this album/item?
If you have a request for an item that we do not currently stock, please reach out to us using the form below or via email at contact@nabiitopia.com and we will look into stocking/supplying it for you!

How do I get updates about new items and events?
Please follow us on Instagram @nabiitopia to be the first to find out about new items and events we host, along with joining our mailing list at the subscription space below ♡ The link to buy tickets to our upcoming events are also in our main menu, and you can find us on Eventbrite here!

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship in-stock items within 5 business days, on-demand items within 2-4 weeks, and pre-order items within 2 months after release. Expected shipping dates for pre-order items are detailed in the item description and on our Pre-Order Updates page and details of our item types on Our Fulfillment Types page!
Please note that if you order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, your package will be shipped once all of the items in your order are in stock. If you would like any items shipped earlier, please place separate orders.

What shipping carrier do you use?
All UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or 1st Class (for PCs only) and overseas orders are shipped through Royal Mail standard international shipping, tracked international shipping or DHL depending on the size and weight of the order.

How can I make changes to my order?
You can contact us to make changes to your order such as amending the shipping address or adding items by either using the form below or emailing us at contact@nabiitopia.com. Please note that we are unable to cancel pre-order and on-demand items, and can only cancel in-stock items before they have been packed and shipped.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions where Royal Mail cannot ship to specific countries)! You can find details of the shipping costs to your country by adding your address details at checkout.

Do I have to pay import duty and/or VAT charges?
All of our orders are shipped from the UK, so UK customers will not have to pay any extra fees. Shipments to other countries may incur VAT/Customs Duty fees, which you may need to pay when the package arrives to your country. We cannot control whether you receive VAT/customs charges or how much these charges will be.

My order arrived, and something is missing/my items are damaged!
If something is missing from your order or your order arrived damaged, please contact us ASAP by using the form below or via email at contact@nabiitopia.com. Please note that we require a full unedited unboxing video in order to assist with any missing or damaged items.
