Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are carefully checked, packaged and dispatched from the UK.

  • In-stock items are usually shipped within 5-7 working days after payment is received.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped once stock arrives from our suppliers, after the stated release date. It can take up to 2 months after the release date of the item (detailed in product listing) for items to be shipped from us.

  • On-demand items are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks, once stock arrives from our suppliers.
  • If your order includes both pre-order/on-demand and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please place a separate order.

We’ll always notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and include your tracking information.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or peak-season demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, weight, and parcel size. All orders within the UK are shipped with tracking, and international orders can be shipped with or without tracking. If you require tracking, please ensure you select the tracked option at checkout. We are not responsible for lost items due to untracked shipping chosen by the customer.

If multiple orders are placed close together, you can request combined shipping where possible and we will refund any excess postage paid if required.


Import Taxes, Customs & Duties

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local authority. We cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue items.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned due to unpaid customs or non-collection will not be refunded.


Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address before checkout. We can’t replace or refund orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact your local postal office first. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of dispatch (UK) or 60 business days (international) of dispatch confirmation, please email us at contact@nabiitopia.com and we’ll investigate.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

All orders include limited insurance coverage. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll replace or refund the order in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Pre-Order Shipments

Pre-order items require additional processing once stock is released.
Estimated timelines are listed on each product page and on our Pre-Order Updates page.

Delays can occur due to supplier or customs issues, which are outside our control, but we will update our Pre-Order Updates page frequently with item updates.
