♥ All pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated on the product page.

♥ All orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items in the order have arrived. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

♥ Pre-order items are not dispatched on the release date. Items must first arrive with us from the supplier/manufacturer, which takes approximately 2-4 weeks after release.

♥ This timeframe is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including manufacturer delays, customs processing, and courier disruptions.

♥ Release dates and delivery timeframes are set by the manufacturer and may change without notice.

PRE-ORDER BENEFITS

♥ Pre-order/store benefits often arrive separately and at different times. If your order includes pre-order benefits, your order will be held until all applicable benefits have arrived.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

♥ Worldwide shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or local taxes charged by their country.

♥ Orders shipped to the USA under $800 have tariffs pre-paid by us.

♥ If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal, or failure to collect, this will not qualify for a full refund.

♥ In such cases, refunds (if issued) will be item value only, minus original shipping, return shipping, and any applicable fees.

CONDITION & UNBOXING

♥ The outer case/box is intended solely to protect the contents. Minor damage such as dents, scratches, or discolouration to outer packing cannot be compensated.

♥ Please film an unboxing video upon delivery in case you need to report missing or damaged items.

♥ We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or production flaws.
