What is a Kuji Lottery?

A Japanese Kuji lottery is a style of lucky draw where every draw wins a prize! You'll receive one random prize from the lineup below per draw. Kuji draws are a staple in Japan fandom culture, and we're so excited to bring it to international fans!

Each purchase guarantees a prize; this is a lucky dip, not gambling.

How does it work?

Each draw costs £6.50, and you can buy as many draws as you like across the same or different orders! With each purchase made, we will draw your prizes and share a photo of your prizes for transparency via the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. If you would instead like a video recording of your draws, please put this in your order notes at checkout. All items are official and will be shipped together once they arrive with us from Japan.

Please note that all sales are final after checkout and draws are non-cancellable and non-refundable, no matter the prizes that you pull. If you don't get the items you were hoping for, you can always try again! Draws are unlimited until the end of pre-orders.

How does shipping work?

As your prizes are a mystery until we do your draws, and we want you to be able to do as many draws as you'd like without paying extortionate shipping fees, we will only charge shipping on your first set of draws! If you decide you'd like to do more draws after your first order, please select the 'Already purchased 1+ draws in a separate order & paid shipping' in the order selection so that you are not charged shipping again. If you select this option and have not purchased prior draws, we will invoice you for the shipping fee. 

If your prizes do not meet the minimum threshold for a parcel, we will refund the excess shipping fee and send your items as a small package.

Please note that lottery draws are not included in the minimum spend required for the pre-order benefit photocard.

Important Information:

• Expected arrival to the UK and dispatch: May-June 2026
• Prize A is not included in the prize lineup available through us, as it is a non-transferable, in-person event prize. All other prizes, as listed above, are available and will be distributed fairly and as pulled on the SKZOO Pon website.

T&Cs:

Any orders placed with pre-orders items will be shipped after the latest date of arrival for any pre-orders. If you wish to have your other items sooner, please place 2 separate orders.

There are no cancellations or refunds on pre-orders unless stated on the product page.

Worldwide shipping available, customers are responsible for any customs & duties charged by their country. Orders to the USA under $800 have tariffs pre-paid by us.
