♥ HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Choose your preferred member, or select Random Member.

2. Choose between:

• POB Only - 1 raffle entry per POB
• POB & Member Album - 2 raffle entries per POB & Album (Albums will be randomly provided if member is not provided in order notes. Selecting that member's POB does NOT guarantee receiving their album)

e.g. Purchase of 2 Bang Chan POBs + 1 Lee Know POB w/ album = 4 entries!

3. Enter the required information in our 'THIS&THAT FANS SHOP 1:1 Video Call Entry' form. Purchases without this information provided will not be entered into the raffle. CUSTOMERS ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE THE FORM ONCE FOR ALL ENTRIES FOR A SINGLE MEMBER. Multiple member entries will need separate forms, but only one win will be chosen.

4. Purchase your chosen items for as many entries as you want! Completed forms without purchase will not be entered into the raffle.

5. Your purchase will count towards Nabiitopia's internal entry pool for the selected member of the internal raffle winner.

6. Once the application period closes, Nabiitopia will randomly select our internal winner and enter them for the member of their choice.

7. The selected winner will have their entry submitted to FANS SHOP's official video call event raffle.

8. FANS SHOP will select the final official winners. If your entry is selected, Nabiitopia will contact you and provide all the information you need for the video call!

♥ MEMBER AVAILABILITY

You can select your preferred member from the available options. Preferred member slots are limited, and if a member's POB sells out, you can still enter by selecting Random Member, which has unlimited availablity.

If all individual members sell out, additional member slots will be opened prior to the event ending.

♥ VIDEO CALL EVENT INFORMATION

Please ensure you are available at the time of the video call event and have everything you need to participate prior to entering!

DATE: 1st November 2026 (Sunday)

TIME: 15:00 KST (Bang Chan, Lee Know, Han, I.N) & 17:00KST (Changbin, Hyunjin, Felix, Seungmin). Staff check in from 13:00 KST.

♥ ENTRY PERIOD

Nabiitopia internal raffle applications close 2nd September 11am BST. Any purchases after this time will not count towards the video call raffle. 

The internal winner will be contacted around 1pm BST and have their information entered into FANS SHOP for their chosen member.

FANS SHOP official event entry announcement is after 3rd September 4pm KST. The internal winner will be contacted to inform them if they have won the official event raffle on 3rd September by 12pm BST.

♥ ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Participants are required to have the following ready and accessible for the video call:

• Valid passport on-hand
• Access to an active Kakaotalk ID and account
• You must have been born in 2010 or earlier to participate

This information must be entered correctly, or FANS SHOP may invalidate your entry.

♥ IF YOU WIN THE OFFICIAL FANS SHOP EVENT

Any official winners will receive:

• 1:1 Video Call - Approximately 1 minute 30 seconds with your chosen member
• Signed Album - Signed to your name by your chosen member (legal name only)

PRE-ORDER BENEFITS

♥ Orders shipped to the USA under $800 have tariffs pre-paid by us.

♥ If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal, or failure to collect, this will not qualify for a full refund.

CONDITION & UNBOXING

♥ The outer case/box is intended solely to protect the contents. Minor damage such as dents, scratches, or discolouration to outer packing cannot be compensated.
